Hi Experts,
When setting up authorization for Group Reporting users – we want to separate data submitter/controller function from the HQ consolidator. As an example - in the SAP_BR_GRP_ACCOUNTANT I see there are both data preparation and consolidation process role menus.
Does this mean that we need to copy the standard role and split to 2 to (local controller would just have submit and not consolidate)?
I would have thought these roles were already split? I saw the standard roles below. There is the business analyst role that splits out reports.
SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR_GRP: Administrator - Group Reporting
SAP_BR_BUSINESS_ANALYST_GRP: Business Analyst - Group Reporting
SAP_BR_GRP_ACCOUNTANT: Group Accountant
SAP_BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT_GRP: General Ledger Accountant - Group Reporting
SAP_BR_EXTERNAL_AUDITOR_GRP: External Auditor - Group Reporting
SAP_BR_BPC__EXPERT
