Business users has been complaining about getting timed out frequently and earlier than set time of 20 mins in CMC.
We have some specific questions on timeout.
Questions:
1.Once I log in, how long is the time before timed out if no activity?
2.Is the time static and set regardless of what I’m doing, or if I’ve been inactive for 5 mins and we have concurrent licenses will it kick me out in a shorter period of time?
3.If I’m logged in and open several other reports how long time do I have of inactivity on a given page before I should be timed out?
4.If I’m logged in and actively working in a report but haven’t been back to the main page, are the reports and primary page supposed to be in sync and one keeping the other alive?
