Crystal Dashboard Design not compatible with Excel 2016?

I have downloaded the trial version of crystal dashboard design 2016 from the website to test out the publish to mobile feature. Unfortunately, my system does not pass the pre-requisite test for excel (later than 2007) but my system is install with Microsoft Excel 2016 which suppose to pass the pre-requisite test.

Does anyone know whether Crystal Dashboard Design 2016 compatible with Excel 2016? If yes, may I know which version is it? Thanks. =)

p.s. I have no problem installing it in a Excel 2010 system and the version which I am trying to install is Crystal Dashboard Design 2016 SP2.
