SAP CRM Interaction Center functionality in SAP C4C

Hello all,

Wanted to know if there is any functionality available in C4C like the Interaction Center functionality available in SAP CRM against Accounts.

In the SAP CRM system, templates could be uploaded in the Interaction Center. Using the email tab against an Account, emails could be sent from the system by choosing the required template. This used to create an email activity against that Account in the CRM system.

In SAP C4C, in the Activities WC, we cannot create an Email activity. We do have an option of upload of templates in the Service WC. Would like to know if there is anything like sending emails against Accounts similar to SAP CRM available in SAP C4C currently/on the road map.

    Hello Nikhil,

    I see a psoibility to create an e-mail activitiy directly from customer, did you checked the activity part of account? I have checked for corporate customer, if it is not visible to you, please check the project configuration.

    Hello Krish,

    Thank you for your response. I checked this functionality out and yes, it is possible to trigger email sending through the Activity part of the Account. This is available as a part of Accounts and Individual Customers as well.

    However we cannot use any template to send the email through this. This functionality doesn't seem to provide for the same. Any pointers on whether we can achieve this/how to achieve this will be much appreciated

    Hi Nikhil,

    You can use Service Ticket in C4C as a replacement to Interaction centre in SAP CRM. You have an option to select templates when sending an email from Service Ticket in C4C. Tickets can be created against accounts in C4C .
