Its a display bug, under the first textfield is a second one. Naviagte with Tab to it and type in your Administrator Login.

Some time ago I got the same issue when using a remote desktop and changing the screen resolution solved the issue.

Pascal is right. Actually its display issue. While creating Identity store, you need to select the administrator user. Once you select the user, OK button get enabled automatically.

Please outline the steps used to set up IDM. I get the feeling that the database is not set up correctly.
