LDAP Authentication Issue in clustered environment . (FWB 00007)

Error - Account information not recognized: Invalid username or password; if your account is under a root other than the default set by the system administrator, you must enter your DN. (FWB 00007)

We recently upgraded the SAP BusinessObjects environment from version 4.2 SP7 to version 4.3 SP03 on the Linux operating system. This pertains specifically to the operation of LDAP authentication within a clustered environment comprised of four nodes.

The situation at hand revolves around LDAP authentication access in the Business Intelligence (BI) Launchpad interface. Curiously, the error in question does not manifest when Tomcat, situated on Node 1 (the designated Primary Node), is in an active state. However, an error occurs when starting Tomcat on any of the remaining nodes within the cluster. This issue spans all nodes within the cluster, excluding Node 1, which operates without error.

It appears that the functioning of LDAP authentication is uniquely impacted by the operational state of Tomcat across the different nodes.

Please advise

Thanks
