Dear SAP,
we're encountering mdm catalog access issue and it occurs almost everyday. somehow, catalog named SRM9 disconnected from database and as basis side, we had to restart it everytime. when we search error logs in default traces, we've observed some disconnection and socket errors due to database layer but we are not sure this is root cause or not.
I've sent you all work traces and catalog screnshots. could you please investigate and recommend a solution for stability issue?
A ticket was opened to SAP Global, but they do not provide support because the product version is old.
We are planning an upgrade as soon as possible, but this will take time. So for now we need to find the root cause.
Currently, our problem continues and when I enter the SAP MDM Console, our server with IP does not appear under SAP MDM Servers. We are adding this server again and we have to start the Repository.
We expect you to provide guidance on where we can read the logs, which log this problem is related to, and which logs we can pull, even if you can't provide support.
