User not able to access old shopping carts

Hello,

when user trying to view his old shopping carts from 'check status'. system not displaying any shopping carts.

Could any one give what is the reason behind on this.

Did you try to flag "completed shopping cart" (already confirmed)?

flag i mentioed 'all'

Not this one but in the <u>extended search</u>, you have additional options such as "included completed shopping cart" and "bought on behalf of"
