I am currently facing an issue related to the SBO Mailer service in SAP B1 Hana Version 10.
In the General Settings of SAP B1 Hana Version 10, I have enabled the SBO Mailer service. However, when I access the Service Manager Tool, I am unable to locate the SBO Mailer under the Service Manager. I have already attempted to run the SBO Mailer with an administrative account, but unfortunately, the issue persists. Is there any other place I can access to SBO Mailer service to do the configuration?
I have referred to the SAP Help documentation, and it mentions that if the "Enable Company Specific Mailer Configuration" option in the General Settings' Service tab is not enabled, only one SMTP server can be configured for the entire SAP Business One landscape from the Job Service - Mailer in the SAP Business One Service Manager.
Could you kindly clarify if my understanding is correct? If I have one SMTP server, I do not have to enable this option and I need to setup the SMTP server in the SBO mail service in Server Manager.
If I have multiple SMTP servers, does enabling the "Enable Company Specific Mailer Configuration" option allow me to configure each SMTP server's details for individual companies in the Service tab of General Settings, eliminating the need to configure it in the Service Manager?
