I am using SAP Public Cloud for Asset Management and facing a case that would like to ask for your support.
After being approved, the maintenance order is open for updating and in case I update the information, for example, add more materials required and the planned cost increases, there is no new workflow trigger; in other words, the system does not ask to approve the maintenance order again. I also set up multiple workflows for maintenance orders based on planned cost.
Is it possible to set up the system to re-approve a maintenance order when changing information?
Please advise.
