I need to change a component in a Sales BOM but maintain the same pricing on BOM as this is the List Price announced to the final customers.
However when I delete the component from the BOM Structure CS02 T Code and from BOM pricing VK12 T code the Sales price is increasing and I get this message 'Past Receipts taken into account' or the need as stated above is to maintain the BOM Sales Price.
The pricing on each component in CS02 is not cost relevant, is sales relevant.
In MM02 - Material Master Data Accounting and Costing tabs of each component with stock has Standard Price calculation, it is not variable. There is a moving average difference vs the standard price but this is not explaining the exact amount of the component new Sales Price.
I tried several options:
1/ Replace old component with the new component in Sap Quality maintaining the same sales price on component
Create Sales Order with VA01 t code but I get the same message 'Past Receipts taken into account' and then on the stock items from the BOM the Price get recalculated with a 'Gross Value's that is not maintain manually on Pricing Conditions so I cannot see its calculation
2/ Change dates in CS02 as per initial BOM setup but the component pricing is still changing (only for the stock items, the non-stick items are not changing)
Can anyone help me with a solution to this ? How do I replace a component in a BOM but still maintain the overall BOM Sales Price ?
Thank you very much.
