Connecting SAP Cloud IPS with onPremise S/4 HANA - Error while provisioning

Hello Experts,

I am currently connecting an SAP S/4 HANA onPremise system to an SAP Cloud IPS. To do this, I installed the Cloud Connector in advance and set it up with the onPremise system, as well as activating the two required web services on the system. I then created the onPremise system as a target system on the IPS according to the documentation.

Now when I try to run the resync job on the IPS, it fails. It reads the data correctly from the source system, but does not provision it to the target system. The error message is as follows:

error=com.sap.cloud.ips.connectors.api.ConnectorException: Unable to write entity to target system with name <name> Caused by: com.sap.cloud.ips.platform.cc.connectivity.configuration.MissingConnectivityConfigurationException: OnPremiseConnectivityConfiguration is not found

So something seems to be wrong with the connection. The connections in the cloud connector are all reachable and connected to the subaccount. Where else can the error be?

Best regards

Leonard
