Business Objects .NET SDK Connection Timeout

I have been trying to track down the cause of multiple Invalid Token errors in our Audit database.

1871939 - Thousands of Invalid token Logon Error recorded in the Audit Database should not apply in our case because Platform Search is already set to Scheduled.

I came upon this KBA:

1483778 - Refreshing a Web Intelligence document in Java Report Panel fails after 10 minutes and displays WIS30270 error This KBA states that it applies to SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 and earlier versions.

We are currently on BI4.3sp2 patch 7 but I am wondering if this KBA could possibly be applicable still. We do have a scheduling application that interfaces with Business Objects using the .NET SDK so it could be playing a role.

I notice that the registry setting mentioned in the KBA is still present in BI4.3 although at a path of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / Software / SAP BusinessObjects / Suite XI 4.0 / CER and curiously, at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / Software / WOW6432NOde / SAP BusinessObjects / Suite XI 4.0 / CER

Has anyone run into this with later versions of Business Objects?
