Operating Concern Creating Error

Dear Gurus

I have had a trouble to create Operating Concern in CO-PA due to below error in my company test server.

The error was 'Check field CE9_V_IC/IQ/IV-ARTNR missing from foreign key field definition'. And added error messages were 'CE9_V_IC/IQ/IV view tables weren't activated'. However below warning messages were made panic me :

Table CE9_H/IC/IQ/IV was activated (error in the dependencies)

Because of ARTNR field was not created properly, I did check some tables which had ARTNR filed and finally found same error in there. (i.e CE4 which has ARTNR filed. These tables error were not shown in error log.)

Anyway I had to do manually regenerate ARTNR filed after deletion foreign key filed in each table which has ARTNR field. After a series of these action Operating Concern was created without error.

My question is what I have to do to avoid same situation while I'm creating Operating Concern because it was happen in different Client in same server.

Our sever product version is 'S/4 HANA 1909'.

Please kindly let me if there is any applicable notes or action .
