Customer Support Tickets for SAP Business One

I would like to provide a web based self service portal that allows our clients to login and create technical support tickets. When the tickets are created technicians are notified by email. Technicians then update the Service call in our SAP Business One document. This update then updates the Web Portal which can send an email to the customer.

    • The question is whether their is an existing solution so that I can provide a web based portal to our clients to login and create technical support tickets.

    Sorry for any confusion. I was hoping that someone might be able to provide information on how this can be acheived. I do not have a solution at the moment.

    There is no such function in current version. May be SAP will add above function in future version.
