Customer Support Tickets for SAP Business One

I would like to provide a web based self service portal that allows our clients to login and create technical support tickets. When the tickets are created technicians are notified by email. Technicians then update the Service call in our SAP Business One document. This update then updates the Web Portal which can send an email to the customer.
