Inconsistency with Agent Disconnected Alert handler - Email Notification

Hi

We have configured the Alert Handler to send Emails when ever any Agent is disconnected. But we see some inconsistency in the emails being sent out. Out of the 3 Bots configured with the Tenant, the Emails are going out only for one Agent. Emails do not get trigerred when the other 2 are disconnected/shutdown etc.

Anyone else has faced similar issue with Alert handlers?
