Dear All,
I want to activate and use the id Support user account in SAP Business One, which is not required license.
I did try follow the steps, upload the SSR report into SAP portal and successful.
After that reset password for id Support, when try login using id Support, it did not prompt the screen to select the Reason for login, but it can directly login then show the error this id is no license.
How to make the Support user account work?
