I need help.
I have a Problem:
The workflow Check General Ledger Documents is created with the correct parameters.
In the created workflow, you can only select the following as the recipient: Role or Team. But not a user. Usually it is possible to select a user, e.g. for the workflow for blocked vendor invoices. In my case, whether you select the team or the role (submitter), you do not receive a message in the inbox, although the team (I) is created and submitter (I) is the one who submits the general ledger document. In CBC the settings Authorization check for approval has been activated.
The problem is that there is no message in the inbox. Could this be a programming error or bug?
In the
Flexible Workflow Administration app, you can see that the check has the status Ready. Until then, it works. See images below. The Inox is empty. Can anyone help?
