Emarsys Registrations Counting incorrectly?

Hi,

I have just accessed to a Emarsys Account and testing the Account settings and API connectivity, etc. When imported the first Contact into the system and launch the Contact Analytics - Registration report. Found some inconsistent on the Report.

Total Registration Count is showing 2. But I have ever created 1 Contact only. When I click Per Contact Source = Imported, there is 1 record displayed on the date I performed the import. When I click show contacts, there was 1 contact. After a few minutes, I clicked on the Overview tab and "Refresh", Total registration count is still showing 2. but when I click Per Contact Source = Imported one more time, there was 0 record displayed on the date I performed the import. Then I go to the Contact list, I could still see the 1 contact imported. Why the registration statistics are not consistent?
