in Emarsys we can easily manage cancellations/refunds for orders, by uploading order as a sales data with negative values.
What about vouchers?
Business scenario: Client Jenny came to our retail shop, as a loyalty member she redeemed voucher for 10 euros to purchase a jacket for 100 euros. Later this week, she decided that she would like to give it back. How could we bring here voucher back after she returned the jacket?
I do not see any standard process (and API) to "revive" used voucher. Maybe you have some workaround?
