Dear Community,
My question is related to the scenario Customer Survey in ITSM of SolMan.
We configured the customer survey after the incident is confirmed, the system send an automatic email to the end user, it contains a link to the survey. This process works perfect, but this kind of service survey is important for the TI area in my company, and if the end user doesn't fill it, it doesn't work for our KPI's.
Anybody know if is it posible to autofill the survey if after for example 5 days, the end user have not filled yet, and send to the system for processing?
