Cannot access INBOX through https://people.sap.com/inbox

Hello there,

good day.

I have not accessed my INBOX (https://people.sap.com/inbox) for the last few months. Every time I was stuck and nothing happened only got a blank page. I can log in with SAP universal ID correctly, but re-logon will not work.

Is there any approach I can take to fix this issue? Thanks.
