Unable to find tracking information in SAP Chatbot for my tracking number

When i go to this website https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/cai-bot-shipping-2-api.html and follow the steps and then try to track an order number like 1Z2220060292002190, it does not work and the chatbot says "Sorry I could not find any information with the offered number. I met the error: No tracking information available". Chatbot is only able to track the order number 1Z12345E6205277936. Why is this so and what can I do to let it be able to track any order number and not just 1Z12345E6205277936?
