Service now incident not created using Alert notification SAP BTP

Hello,

I have created subscription to raise the service now incident, I have maintained all the required parameters i.e.

table name, user id, password and basic url.

But it is not creating any incident in service now.

Also, I want to use the field mapping but it is not accepting the syntax.
