False alarm in technical monitoring

Hi, I configured technical monitoring for our SAP ERP 607 system (linux+hana) with solution manger 7.1 sps12 but we are receiving false alarms about system availability

ABAP Central Service not available and ABAP System not available alerts says that my system is not running, this obviously is false. I checked a sap note about this false alarm but solution is not valid for my case (it says that central services template must be assigned to only one instance)

My doubt here is that alert is configured to monitor a process called msg_server* and checking my OS there is no msg_Server process running, message server process is called ms.sapSEP_ASCS01

I tried changing the process name but false alarm still exist, how can I fix this?

Hello,

Please apply monitoring template again on technical system. Make sure you set to default first and re apply monitoring template. Let me know if that still not solve your problem,
