Composite Provider with non-cumulative cube

Issue - Composite Provider Bex Query shows value 0 for key figure in BEX query results.

I am trying to build a composite provider with Left Outer join between non-cumulative cube and an DSO. The DSO structure is flat and has only cumulative Key figures.

The idea is to get the result of non-cumulative cube ( list of documents) and combine it with flat DSO ( that has document details). I created Bex query and results show that non-cumulative key figures from non-cumulative cube work correctly but cumulative key figures from DSO show value 0.

I want to know if such functionality is supported and if so do I need to change anything.

If the functionality is not supported then, is there any work around for it
