Public / Anonymous Access to HCP-FLP

How can I enable public (Anonymous or for Everyone ) access to my Apps on HCP-Portal Fiori Service without having the need to login via SAP ID .

when I try to access the above launchpad, it asks for a SAP Id which I want to avoid and have users seamless access to apps hosted on this launchpad.

Already tried with adding "authenticationMethod": "none" in neo app jason file and it still gives login popups.

    Hi,

Generally when using the SAP Cloud Platform Portal, Fiori Launchpad sites are used for internal scenarios - so they are not meant to be accessed publicly without login, and in fact can only be created with Private access mode.

The portal enables creating freestyle sites where you can create public pages as described here - Defining Access Levels .

An HTML5 app that should be accessed publicly (for instance from a public freestyle portal page) should be configured in its descriptor file (neo-app.json) to switch off its authentication by adding the attribute: "authenticationMethod": "none"

For more information take a look at: HTML5 App Development Authentication .

    Hope this help,

    Ido

    • Hi,

to access in anonymous mode, you have to navigate to roles and add almost one group to the anonymous role.

The public your site and you should access without the authentication form.
