Classic scenario - In SC related documents tab Link to of ECC PO not enabled

HI Team,

In SRM 713 Classic scenario in SRM One client on ERP , in related documents tab ECC PO number is visible,however its hyperlink is disabled and hence from SRM Portal i cant view ECC PO.

Is there a way to enable it?
