Have an issue recently that one of our Approvers is unable to approve (5) different class withdraw requests in their pending approval log. When trying to approve the withdraw, the Approver receives the following error message:
"This request has just been approved by someone else. Refresh the page for an updated list of approvals."
We have refreshed, cleared cookies to no avail and it still sits in the approvers inbox and on the Learners Library as upcoming class. The pending approval is still sitting as pending in the learner's libraries as to be approved by the system approver. Nobody else has approved the withdraw request. This is not allowing others on the waitlist to be moved into an open slot. I am also unable to remove the (5) registrants from the class inside the LMS and get a different error message:

I am also unable to edit the User Registration from Active Enrollment to Cancelled. The change will not save in the system but does not give an error message. I am forced to cancel and exit out.
I thought a workaround would be to just increase the max seats of the class to allow users on the waitlist to join until resolved, but I receive the following error message when I try to do increase the seats and auto-fill from the waitlist:
