Replication of Data from SuccessFactors to SAP ERP

We are trying to replicate org/emp data from EC to ECC HR mini master

· While doing the steps before the last step we can see in pa20 screen IT0001 with correct org unit, job, cost center getting updated with position as 9999999 with default position

· After we are doing the final step, the position gets updated, but the cost center gets removed

We have old switches activated plogi org -integration switch : org assignment and pd-pa - integration switch

Steps we have followed for replication

· RH_SFIOM_ORG_OBJ_REPL_QUERY

· RH_SFIOM_PROC_ORG_STRUC_RPRQ

· ECPAO_EE_ORG_REPL_QUERY (at this step cost center shows, position shows as default 9999999, job and org unit show blank)

· To run org assignment to assign this position to the employee from Calling webdynpro application 'sfiui_a_repl_req_monitor'. (at this step cost center is gets removed, position , job and org unit gets updated correctly)

Please can anyone suggest how we can resolve this.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Rashi,

Thank you for your reply and sharing the document.

Yes, we are using BIB replication and used RH_SFIOM_VIEW_EE_ORG_A S S_RPRQ) for organizational assignment requests

We will check the document and share in case require any other input.

Thanks & Regards,

Surya

Hi Surya,

Are you using BIB for replication? and are you also replicating OM data from EC to ECC?

If yes,

  • Replicate Employee Org. Assignments from EC to ERP Org. Mgmt (RH_SFIOM_PROC_EE_ORG_A S S_RPRQ) for organizational assignment requests

  • View and manually replicate Employee Org. Assignments from EC to ERP Org. Mgmt (RH_SFIOM_VIEW_EE_ORG_A S S_RPRQ) for organizational assignment requests

check the document for more details :-Replication Process for Organizational Assignments | SAP Help Portal

Thanks

Rashi
