Filters on Account dimension

Hi all,

I need to set a story filter on the Account dimension, to filter dynamically its members in the table. But Account is not shown among the different dimensions filters list on the top bar.

Could you tell me how I can do ?

Moreover, I would like to use the Account dimension in a calculated dimension. I'm not able to do this. Is there a way?
