Is there an API that I can use to create an incident on the SAP support portal?
Before, we were able to use solution manager for that. But in 2027, Solman will be out of maintenance, and CALM doesn't have a part for incident management. So how can we automate incident management with SAP?
I tried to search for API, but nothing is available so far.
