Entry in the journal of the delivery changes on its own

my stock must always be equal to 0 so always the quantity received must always be equal to the quantity delivered and the amount of the receipt is the same of the delivery, so far I have no problem, but in a while the amount of the journal entry of the delivery is different from the total document of the delivery.

Any ideas on where this change came from?

Hi Mari,

Here are some possibilities that you can investigate:

• One or more items were revaluated between receipt and delivery (Inventory > Inventory Transactions > Inventory Revaluation).
• A landed costs document was posted between receipt and delivery.
• The value of one or more items was changed in some other way.
• Please check the difference amount. Meaning that since 26.10.2022, a certain amount remains on your inventory account. Mostly the Crédit amount is higher, but not always. Does the difference amount remain the same each day, or does it increase, or does it decrease over time?
• On 23.11.2022 the amounts are the same again, but the screenshot does not show transactions after that. Does the problem still persist after 23.11.2022, or have the amounts been the same again since that date?
