I m working on s4hana marketing cloud

We cannot add a marketing area (see screensho1.jpg)

We cannot change the phase (see screenshot2.jpg)

We cannot create a custom object (see screenshot3.jpg)

Have you an idea ?

Have you resolved your issue? It might be necessary for you to create an incident to the cloud operation, if you have not.
