Resources are shown in MRS only if Work orders are created after executing /MRSS/HCM_RPTWFMIF

Hi Team,

First i assigned the resources to my work center and then created a work order then executed the custom batch job which calls /MRSS/HCM_RPTWFMIF. But after this the resources are not available in MRS Planning Board. But after executing the custom batch job if i create work orders with the same work center resources are available in the Planning Board. Also for the work order which was created previously before executing the custom batch job if i make any changes to work order after running the custom batch job it is appearing in the planning board. why so?

Does this mean that we should create work orders only after the custom batch job runs?
