Issue while delegating Approver for Access request

I am facing strange issue while assigning delegator to 3 users IDs. We are getting the below pop up. For rest of the IDs we were able to assign the delegator without any issue.

" Access Request is approved but some items are rejected.Check Audit Log ". I have attached the pop-up message that comes while saving.

Any idea why this is happening or from where can I check the Audit Logs ?
