Can we Integrate SAP S/4 HANA 1909 (On-Premise) with MS Teams?

As per all the research I have done, it is obvious that you can integrate MS Teams into your business process but only on SAP Cloud. I wanted to ask if it is possible to integrate MS Teams with SAP S/4 HANA (On-Premise) using any third party tools or software.

If it is possible kindly let me know about the procedure and refer me to any content available regarding this topic.
