S4HANA aATP SBC - plant substitution possible after unsuccessful PPAC check?

Hello experts,

we are looking for a capability in S4H (public cloud) to achieve something like an APO-CTP process in combination with an RBA location substitution. Goal is that for a Sales Order coming in

1) we check the production capacity in current plant (PPDS is being setup) and if not possible

2) then we want to check the same in an alternative plant.

So far we came across "SBC with PPAC" (Supply creation Based Confirmation) which sounds to do this production capacity check in the current assigned delivering plant of the sales order position. But is there a possibility to switch this plant and perform the same SBC-PPAC in an alternative plant (automatically, not by manually changing the delivering plant in the sales order) ?
