Building org units via SSO

Dear Community,

We would like to build organizational unit structure in SEN via SSO. We used SAP IAS to configure the SSO. Our idp contains the OU data and in the DEV environment we have included the attributes:

givenname ; surname ; emailaddress ; name ; CompanyName ; Department ; Eindeutige Benutzer-ID

Is there available documentation how to include the SAML assertion from the idp into the assertion issued to SEN.

Also what is best: to store the OU data in the root as hierarchy with branches or as a flat list and what difference could it make?

Can we do this configurations on our own or SSO ticket with SAP Support has to be open?

One of the reasons to have OU data in SEN is to be able to agregate the user and lesson reports on department level? Will the OU data be showing in the reports?
