Timeout with Error 500. Trace reveals access violation in sapjulep

Help,

we currently have a Web Application accessing SAP running, which sometimes allows access to the data requested and sometimes times out with the following error from the agate:

Exception in application "AGate".....

Exception record#1

Exception code: C0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION)

Exception flags: 00000000

Exception address: 1101EC9D (D:\apps\sap\its\Programs\sapjulep.dll0001EC9D = PpttTraverseExpr2000001FD)

Anyone any idea what is going wrong ? The software worked fine until end of last year with no changes from our side)

look at sap note 739378.

if possible apply ITS latest patch.

Turned out to be a configuration problem regarding low amount of memory for system.
