Cost center budgeting issue in manage cost center app (SAP S4 Hana Public cloud)

Dear Experts,

We are implementing cost center budgeting.

We have created budget profile and created account group and set tolerance limit.

The issue is when we select the budget carrying cost center and budget profile in Manage cost center app we receive issue as

Tolerance limit of 100.00% for cost center 'ZZZ' has been reached in FY 2023.

Diagnosis

If you change the cost center, the budget tolerance limit of 100.00% for cost center 'ZZZ' in fiscal year 2023 for the account group 'YYY' would be exceeded.
