#MM and FI DIscrepancy# Physical Inventory vs Finance discrepancy

Dear SAP Friends,

THanks in Advance.(Urgent Issue, Plz help soon.)

Our client found a discrepancy between MM and FI balance for previous year.

when trying to reconcile our physical inventory value with the value for the same on the finance side.

physical inventory value is more than 200,000 SR less than the Finance value. Your prompt assistance in resolving and reconciling the mismatched figures would be appreciated.

I checked a lot of Transactions and tables but could not find dicrepancy.

Some of them are as below

F.08 - checked for finance balance according to gl account.

MB5L (RM07MBST report)

RM07MMFI report for MM FI balance.

MBEW and MBEWH table

you are quite optimistic that one can help you on this limited information.

Just listing transactions and tables that you might have looked at does not enable anyone else to do an evaluation.

We would need screenshots as we cannot access your system

Also you just said you had checked the wiki, but you did not at all explain if you executed the check program and what the result was.

Which balance you are referring to and where you find the difference!

As material quantity and value are integrated, you can check material wise to find difference, if any

Also check G/L balance in FBL3N and find accounting posting for material in MR51 too
