Forward candidate to child requisition

How to forward A candidate in evergreen requisition to its Child requisition.

Hello Priyankas,

To forward a candidate in an evergreen requisition to its child requisition in SAP SuccessFactors, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the SAP SuccessFactors portal and navigate to the Recruiting module.

2. Go to the Requisition tab and locate the evergreen requisition in which the ca6ndidate is present.

3. Click on the candidate's name to open their profile.

4. In the Candidate Profile screen, click on the 'Actions' button at the top of the page and select 'Forward'.

5. In the 'Forward' dialog box, select the option 'Forward to another requisition' and choose the child requisition to which you want to forward the candidate.

6. In the 'Forward to ' dropdown, select 'Specify job' and select the relevant job associated with the child requisition.

7. Select the 'Forward' button to complete the process.

The candidate will now be forward to the specified child requisition and can proceed with the hiring process.

Hi Harish,

With this process we can send the candidate to any requisition and not only to child req right?

Is there any other way to send only to child requisition
