CRM user purchase access

Hi,

We made a version upgrade of SAP Bussiness One, we had 8.8 version and our actual version is 10. In the 8.8 our CRM user license could open purchase quotation window but in the new version this is not possible. This is a configuration problem or a new restriction user?
