Sybase 16 to HANA DB Migration Checklist /Prerequisites /guides to follow

Dear SAP BASIS Experts ,

Need your help for Migration guides end to end for our DB Migration project so that we can prepare a Checklist and start the activity soon .Please assist urgent !

Note - The current GRC systems are on Azure cloud ,Pls assist some Azure readiness check or guides to follow for Migration Project .
