If Material assignment group does not maintain then not allow to Save VA02 ( Error need to shown in Incomletion log in Standard order level)

please advise how to achive this

i created new order but i could not see material assignment group field in this sales order

First check, what item category is flowing to sale order. Go to vov7, select that item category and see what incompletion procedure is assigned to that. Then, go to OVA2, select that procedure and maintain as follows:-

item categeory is TAN ,incompletion procedure is 20

i maintained but document is showing complete
