Putting Stock away with mobile scanner

Dear All,

We have an outbound delivery fully picked and confirmed. At the receiving location, the user are getting an an alert on the mobile scanner when trying to put the stock away (see the attached image). The error is preventing the stock to be put away.

Supplying plant is CA1 and receiving plant is CA3.

Can you please advise what could be the issue?
