BTP Trial can't follow tutorial. Is my data corrupted ?

Hi.

I was following this tutorial but I have a problem with probably corrupted data.

Build an Application End-to-End Using CAP, Node.js and VS Code

I did the tutorial once, one year ago. But I had to delete my Trial data once.
I created my account again to do this tutorial again and my days were set to 30 days again.
Problem is every time I start tutorial from zero and an create the risk elements app.
The next day when I login again, I run cds watch command to test I see the Mitigations app index.html.

Problem: Why is there an Mitigations app if I even did not created it yet ???
I think SAP restored my old data which I couldn't deploy for some problem in the past and I don't want this old data anymore.

Hi SAP can I have my BTP Trial account to start realy from zero ?
I don't need old data anymore because this old data can give me problem in my new deploy because old errors I commited.
