Q & P customizing disalignment

The P & Q systems are not aligned.

While checking the new app My purchase requisitions - new in Q system we discovered that, after the PR creation the PO Price Type field, usually displayed at item level on the professional app for purchase requisitions, was missing
In the time between the test of the app and the discovery of the reason of the missing field we did at least three transports from Q to P.

To the best of our knowledge, this customizing step is one of those that when a change is saved it is automatically transported to P, so we do not understand how is it possible that the two systems are not aligned.
