Missing option to create data object / complex data type

Hi everyone,

I am missing functionality to create a data object and update the values.
Here is my data object:

When adding the respective "create [Object]" activity, I can only enter one value instead of either adding a formula or adding the field values one by one.

In the past, I was used to add all field values in an own input field as also shown in the documentation (page 246).

Is this functionality removed or how should one now map multiple values to one data object?
